WIEBE Grace Elaine. June 12, 1960 ~ March 28, 2013. Grace passed away on March 28, 2013 at Surrey Memorial Hospital. She was born in Abbotsford on June 12, 1960. Grace worked many years in an outreach mission in Richmond and later worked from her home in Surrey. Four years ago, Grace had to move into a care facility because of her declining health. Grace was pre-deceased by her father, Abe Wiebe. She is survived by her mother, Anne Wiebe, brothers Cole and Dennis, sister Sharon (Keith) Van Tamelen, nephew Joel, and 3 nieces: Angela, Cassandra and Alison. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 6th at 10:00 a.m. in the Avalon Surrey Funeral Home 13288 - 108 Ave., Surrey. Condolences may be forwarded to the family through:
