FEDJE; Glen Allan
Born August 4, 1938, Glen passed away peacefully September 26, 2014 with his wife Penny by his side, after a sudden illness while visiting in White Rock. Glen was predeceased by his parents Bertha and Arne Fedje, brother Stanley and sister Bonnie and is survived by sister Irene (Steve) and brother Loren (Sherrie). Missing Dad is daughter Averil (Doug), step-children Linda, Brad and Doug, grandsons Derek, David, Bryan, Paul, Corey, Michael and Nicholas and great-grandson Griffin. Glen was born in Vancouver, spending his younger years on the family farm in Abbotsford before serving in the RCAF. Most of his working life was spent in the forest industry in British Columbia on the east and west coast of Vancouver Island. An interesting and rich work life spent in the outdoors, that is where we will always envision him. Boating and RVing were also favourite pastimes. Glen and Penny built 3 beautiful homes together in Campbell River, filling them with wonderful memories with their children, grandchildren, dear friends and family. We thank these dear friends and family for their support at this time. We will all miss Glen's calm nature. No service by request.
