Gertrude Dause (nee Hoehn), born October 24, 1924, passed away peacefully on January 12, 2003. She was predeceased by her husband Emil and siblings Daniel, Tamara and Arthur.
Gertrude will be sadly missed by and lovingly remembered by her family; children Helga and Monika, grandchildren Natalie Day, Julie Lychak, brother, Karl Hoehn (Erna) and sister Antonia Platonov (Victor), as well as by her niece, nephews and many friends.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 15, at Peace Lutheran Church, 2029 Ware Street, (at Marshall Road), Abbotsford. Flowers gratefully declined, donations in Gertrude's memory may be made to Peace Lutheran Church, or the Canadian Cancer Society.
