In loving memory ~
On the 12th of September 2023, in the presence of family and surrounded by the love and prayers of family and friends, Gertrude "Geri" Gosse (nee Desjardins) passed from this life in her 82nd year.
Geri is predeceased by her husband and great love, Gordon Gosse, her parents Adeoda and Madeline (nee Greyeyes) Desjardins, siblings Reginald Desjardins, and Cecile Jullion, and all of her half-siblings: Blanche Hyde, Joseph Desjardins, Therese Legoffe, Philip Desjardins, Anna Carlson, and Gerald Desjardins. She is survived by her son Robert (Kerry) Gosse of Ottawa, Ontario, and daughter Nicole (Mike) Allen of Abbotsford, British Columbia. She was beloved by her grandchildren Henry Wells of Charlottetown, PEI, Hayden Vandenbrink of Fort St. John, B.C., Seamus Vandenbrink of Abbotsford, B.C., and Morgan Allen of Abbotsford, B.C. Also survived by her siblings Laurette Maxwell of Maple Ridge, B.C., Vince Desjardins of Hinton, AB, Marie (Andy) Casavant of Chase, B.C., and Lucille McMaster of Winnipeg, MB. Donations to the Abbotsford Clearbrook Library are most gratefully accepted in her name in lieu of flowers.
