BRYAN - George (Bill), passed away Thursday, October 19th 2017 in Abbotsford, BC at the age of 87.
He will be dearly missed by his wife Elsie, his son Simon, daughter-in-law Linda, his granddaughter Madeline, Linda's parents Bob and Kay and Elsie's family including sisters, nieces, nephews and friends.
Bill was a true gentleman, principled and humble, a man devoted to his wife and son. He was both pragmatic and spiritual.
He was young-at-heart and like his wife, youthful in spirit. Together they were nomadic and adventurous, always trying new things, exploring new countries, seeking new knowledge.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 4th, 2017 at Tabor Court Chapel, 31954 Sunrise Crescent, Abbotsford, BC.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Lung Association or BC SPCA.
