Frederick John Baziuk, passed away on February 15, 2003 at age 69 at MSA Hospital. He is survived by 3 sons, Robert, Richard (Sheila), David (Angela); 3 brothers, Mike, Danny, Bill; sister Eleanor and 4 grandchildren, Chantrea, Frederick, Andrew and Natasha; many more family and friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 22, 2003 at St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church, 33333 Mayfair Avenue, Abbotsford with a reception to follow.
Special thanks to the nursing staff on 3 West at MSA Hospital for the wonderful care they provided to Fred, and also thanks to Drs. Ross, Maung and Williams. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Cancer Society.
We love you Fred and we will all miss you very much.
