ISAAK Frank. July 25, 1925 ~ May 25, 2012. Peacefully, with his family at his side, Frank Isaak passed away Friday, May 25, 2012. He will be missed by his children: Ruth Braun (Clare), Irene Schellenberg (Jack), Don Isaak (Lorraine); nine grandchildren, Chris Braun (Kelly), Carl Braun (Peggy), Lisa Schellenberg, Carrie Schellenberg Wilson (Scott), John Schellenberg (Tara), Annalee Schellenberg (Chris), Jeremy Isaak (Jennifer), Patricia Mathison (Mark), Heather Thiessen (John); and 19 great-grandchildren. Surviving him are his brothers, Peter Isaak (Hildegard), Jake Isaak (Irene), sister, Agatha Dueck, dearly loved brother-in-law, John Froese, many nieces and nephews, and the Schroeder family including Bob and Mary Loewen, Len and Mary Schroeder and Harold Schroeder. He was predeceased by his first wife, Irma in 1985, second wife, Sally in 2009; brothers: Abe, John, Henry and sisters: Frieda Toews, Mary Loewen and Catherine Froese. Viewing will be held at Henderson's Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Road, Abbotsford, BC on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 from 6:30 to 8:00 pm with a devotional at 7:30 pm. A Memorial Service will be held at Bakerview Mennonite Brethren Church, 2285 Clearbrook Road Abbotsford, BC on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 10:30 am. Interment will take place on Saturday, June 2 in Winnipeg, Manitoba at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. Flowers gratefully declined. The family requests that donations be made in Frank's memory to the Christine Morrison Hospice, 3rd Floor, 7324 Hurd Street, Mission, BC V2V 3H5.
