Surrounded by family, Frank passed away peacefully in Chilliwack, October 24, 2008, from complications of Alzheimer's disease. Born in England, Frank resided in Abbotsford. His wife Jean predeceased him in 2001. He is survived by his daughters
Kathleen (Bob) Brooks of Courtenay, Marilyn (Tom) Hvizdos of Calgary and his grandchildren Grant and Roberta.
