BILINSKI
Frank Bilinski was born in Manitoba on December 31, 1924 and passed away peacefully on January 8, 2009 at the age of 84.
He married Linda (Giesbrecht/Mierau) on November 25, 1995. He is survived by his wife Linda, a son Frank Bilinski (Castlegar) & daughter-in-law Hiberta Bilinski (Mission) 4 grandchildren; Catrina (and Martin) Huber and Jason (and Mellissa) Bilinski, Jesse Bilinski, Jordon Bilinski, and two great grandchildren; Taylor-Marie and Madison. He was proceeded in death by son, Danny Bilinski on November 28, 2002. Frank worked for BC Hydro until retirement and moved from Castlegar to Abbotsford eight years ago. Frank will be dearly remembered by all who knew him for his devotion to his wife & family, his dry wit, and his gentle spirit. He was a wonderful father, husband, brother, grandfather and friend to all.
A family graveside service and memorial service was held on Monday, January 12, 2009. Heartfelt thanks to the staff at Abbotsford Regional Hospital for the excellent care and concern demonstrated to Frank and the family during his last days.
