Mrs. Flora Winnifred Evans, late of Abbotsford, BC, passed away on August 22, 2015 at the age of 88 at Christine Morrison Hospice. She is survived by her son John Dale Evans, daughter Janice Evans, grandchildren Travis (Nicole) Evans, Erin Evans and 5 great-grandchildren, siblings: Kay, Abe and Ernie as well as many friends and family. She was predeceased by her husband John Penrose Evans (1991) and Byron Kindred (2014) and brother Bob. Flora was a very social artsy person. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, bowling and cooking. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 28, 2015 at 10:00 am at Henderson's Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Road, Abbotsford. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Christine Morrison Hospice.
