Esther late of Abbotsford, BC, passed away on March 12, 2007 at the age of 96 years, at Worthington Pavilion. Esther is survived by her loving family: daughter Vernie (David) Greenhalgh; grandchildren Aaron (Emily) Greenhalgh, Dan (Cecilia) Greenhalgh, Sarah (J.P.) Wiget, Joel Greenhalgh; 5 great-grandchildren; sisters Eveline Kelly of Coquitlam, Bernice Touzeau of Maple Ridge; numerous cousins in Saskatchewan and Belgium and an extended family in the Mission area. Sadly, she was predeceased by her husband Johnson, brother Bernard and sister Melanie.
A pioneer from Mission, Esther was much loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
A Graveside Service will be held at Hatzic Cemetery, Mission, BC at 1:00 p.m., Monday, March 19, 2007 followed by a Memorial Service at 2:30 p.m. at the Menno Hospital Chapel, 32910 Brundige Avenue, Abbotsford, BC.
