It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ernst Neudorf, husband, father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend. He was 80 years old.
Born and raised in Paraguay, Ernst and his family immigrated to Canada in 1983, settling in Abbotsford. He was an energetic entrepreneur who enjoyed organizing and operating a business. More important to him though, was to know and make known the love of God through Jesus Christ in his life and in the lives of others. A verse that was very important to him was "Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well".
Ernst loved his family, and expressed this love through countless acts of generosity, kindness, and humble leadership.
Ernst leaves behind his wife Adina, 3 children Melanie (Heinz), Ted (Karin), and Edgar; grand children Ralph, Tanis (Jason), Terence, Derek, Neal (Karli), Priscila, Dylan (Haley), and Natasha (Isaiah); great grandchildren (Carter, Emerie, and Ryker). He is survived by his siblings Helmut (Elsie), Marianne (Harry), Eleonore (Alvin), and Erika (Walter). Ernst is predeceased by his father Peter and his mother Katarina.
We wish to express our sincere gratitude to all those in Home Care, Palliative Care, and Holmberg Hospice who took great care of Ernst in his final days. May he rest in Peace in the loving arms of our Lord.
