Ernie Schmidt of Abbotsford, BC passed away peacefully, holding his wife's hand at Tabor Home.
He will be dearly missed by his wife of 58 years, Carol and their daughters, Kim Robin (Noel) and Kristine D'amours (Darcy), much loved grandchildren; Ashley, Justin, Colin and Jenna.
Fondly remembered by his sister and brother-in-law Lucy and Dave Gmur, brother Henry, sister-in-law Sandra Schmidt, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Jan and Marty Foss, many wonderful nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his brother Eric and sister-in-law Erica.
Special memories with the Friday night gang and the Friday morning coffee guys. Ernie was a loving and kind man who loved to dance with his wife Carol.
