ERMA HARTT

August 23, 2003

Mrs. Erma Anhom Hartt, 84, died Saturday, August 23, 2003 at the MSA General Hospital Extended Care facility. Memorial Services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Friday, August 29, at the Central Heights Church in Abbotsford.


Mrs. Hartt was born in Alberta on February 25, 1919, daughter of the late Paul Anhorn and Eva Berreth Anhorn. She spent her life as a career missionary in the West Indies, specifically the countries of Cuba, Guadeloupe and Haiti.


Survivors include her husband David Hartt of Abbotsford; six sons, Paul Hartt of Bellevue, WA, Samuel Hartt of Kent, WA, Joe Hartt of Waynesboro, PA, Daniel Hartt of Boulder, CO., Jonathan Hartt of Placerville, CA, and Nathan Hartt of Placervill, CA; a brother and a sister, Alfred Anhorn of Surrey, B.c. and Edna Mohr of Matsqui, B.C.; nineteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.


Memorials may be made out to Worldteam, Inc. for the misistry of Radio Lumiere in haiti. All gifts will be sent to teh continuing miistry of this radio work in which Mrs. Hartt invested so much of her time and energy.

Valley View Memorial Gardens of Surrey, B.C. will be serving the family of Mrs. Erma Anhorn Hartt.
