Elsie MacNeill of Kamloops passed away on March 10, 2017 at 83 years of age. She is survived by her children, Dave (Sue) MacNeill, Judi (Larry) March, Don MacNeill, and Doug MacNeill, all of Kamloops; eight grandchildren, several great grandchildren, her brothers, Gordon, Jerry (Norma), Doug (Juanita), and Chuck (Echo); and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Donald MacNeill. Cremation, no formal service as per Mom's wishes. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kamloops Hospice.
