April 9, 1927 - June 26, 2019
It is with great sadness that at the age of 92, we had to say goodbye to a wonderful man who was an integral part of our family.
Elmer was the devoted husband to Peggy, his wife of 73 years, loving Dad to Greg (Shirley), Morgan (Lori) and Shelly (Phil). Grandpa to Kevin, Brad, Trevor, Josh, Kelly, Adam, Karli, Mari, Cody, Linley, Laura, their spouses & 10 great grandchildren.
He was pre-deceased by his parents Henry & Isabell, brother Vernon and sister Marjorie and grandson Brad. He is survived by brother Garth and sister Jean
Elmer was born and raised in Arborfield Saskatchewan where he was a farmer, enjoyed being a pilot, the outdoors, hunting and fishing. They moved to B.C. in 1973 where he sold cars and big trucks. He loved music, especially country and southern gospel and was an avid sports fan. Along with wife, Peggy they travelled and spent many winters in Arizona. He held his family and his faith in God close to his heart.
