PARKER (nee Kerr) Elizabeth (Betty)
Betty passed into the presence of our Lord on July 8, 2012 at the age of 82 at the Cottage Pavilion in Abbotsford, BC. Betty was born in Scotland and immigrated with her parents John and Joan Kerr (deceased) in 1947. She met her husband of 57 years, Russell, they were married in September 1955. She spent the majority of her life in Burnaby. Betty is survived by her husband Russell; children Joanne (Don) Blaak, Russell Jr. (Antoinette) and Adele (Alan) Taylor; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Betty devoted her life to her family and loved to sing in the church choir. A Funeral Service will be held at Calvin Presbyterian Church, 2597 Bourquin Cres. E, Abbotsford, BC, Tuesday July 17, 2012 at 1:00 pm. followed by burial at Maclure Road Mennonite Cemetery.
