Elfrieda Lepp
Elfrieda passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord and Savior with her husband by her side on January 6, 2017 at the age of 84. She was born in Gem, Alberta and moved to BC in 1951. She and her husband, George Lepp, were married July 22, 1954 and raised their family in Abbotsford. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is survived by her husband George Lepp, daughter Caroline (Chester) Fairris, son Gary (Heike) Lepp, daughter Charlotte (Merlin) Klassen, son Tim Lepp, and daughter Kim (Ryan) Epp, brother Henry (Sandra) Unger, brother Alvin (Karyn) Unger; 13 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren; pre- deceased by first daughter baby Lepp, mother and father Henry and Agatha Unger, sister Agnes Doerksen and daughter-in-law Sherry Lepp. The family would like to thank the staff at Menno Hospital for their compassion and care. Family and friends are welcome to attend a viewing at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford, on Thursday, January 12, 2017 from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Interment will be held on Friday, January 13, 2017 at 9:30 am at Maclure Road Mennonite Cemetery. A Memorial for Elfrieda will be held Friday, January 13, 2017 at 11:00 am at Central Heights MB Church, 1661 McCallum Road, Abbotsford. In lieu of flowers donation to Good News International Ministries www.gniministries.ca would be appreciated.
