Elder James W. Late of Abbotsford, B.C. passed peacefully into the presence of his Lord on June 20, 2004 at age 79 years. He was predeceased by his wife Marelyn on March 18, 2003. Survived by 2 sons: Dennis Wilson of Abbotsford and Glen (Noralynn) Wilson of Calgary; also 2 grandchildren; Shayla and Jayden Wilson.
Elder James dedicated his life to his family, the church and community serving as a pastor, school teacher and the former President of Canadian Conferences of Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 24, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. from Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1921 Griffiths Way. Interment to follow at Hazelwood Cemetery. Donations may be made to Adra Canada.
