Edward (Ted) Frank born December 17, 1931 passed away peacefully June 30, 2005 with his family by his side. He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Joan; his daughters, Gail Burak (Garth), Carol Lifford (Doug); sons, Doug (Donna) and David (Jenn); and sisters, Joan Carn (Bob) and Linda Holliday (Dan). He has nine grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Ted was well known in youth soccer circles as a coach and past president of the Belaire and Coquitlam soccer clubs and past president of Westminster and Alouette soccer districts. He will be remembered always for his love of his family and his gentle humour. A Celebration of his life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 9, 2005 at Burquitlam Funeral Home, 625 North Road, Coquitlam. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mission Hospice Society.
