VILLARIN, Eduardson Manolo

Eduardson Manolo Villarin was born May 30, 1977 in Romblon, Philippines. In 2007 he came to Canada as a contract labourer, leaving behind his wife and three children. He adapted quickly and became manager of the poultry division for his sponsor employer, Bradner Farms. In October 2009 he was granted permanent resident status as well as his spouse, Marie Grace and three children. He chose to bring his wife to Canada first in order to get established before bringing his children. Marie Grace arrived December 26, 2009. Tragically on the morning of December 30, 2009 Ed was killed in a single vehicle accident. A funeral mass was held Saturday, January 9, 2010 at St. Joachim and Ann Catholic Parish in Aldergrove, B.C. Marie Grace will take Ed home to the Philippines for a family funeral and burial. She will return with their children to make a new life in Canada, as was Ed's wish.
