GRUBER, Edna Elsa (PLANTZ)

Edna Gruber passed away in Powell River, BC at the age of 97. Born in Rosthern, Saskatchewan, Edna moved to southern Ontario, where she married Gustav Gruber and raised two children. Gus and Edna retired in Abbotsford, BC. After her husband's death, Edna moved to Powell River to be with family. She is survived by a sister and brother, two children, four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 4, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Henderson's Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Road, Abbotsford. In her memory donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
