GIFFORD, EDITH RUTH (nee Edwards)
Edith Ruth Gifford late of Abbotsford, British Columbia passed away on December 23, 2011 at age 90 years.
She was predeceased by husband Clare Gifford, son Gerry, brothers Crawford, Homer and Lawrence. Survived by her children, daughter Marilyn (Paul) Barr, and son Douglas, grandchildren Andrew (Frances) Barr, Jeremy (Beth) Barr, Cheryl Barr and 7 great-grandchildren. Also survived by brother Wesley (Loretta) Edwards, and sisters-in-law Esther Edwards, and Viola Gifford Ewert. Mrs. Gifford was a member of the Abbotsford Baptist Church, and a retired member of SIM mission organization.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Abbotsford Baptist Church, 33651 Busby Road, Abbotsford. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.Messages of condolence may be left at:
