BOOKER, Earl Amos. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Earl Amos Booker, beloved husband, father, and grandfather on Wednesday, June 27th, 2012 at the age of 82 years.

Earl is survived by his loving wife Maureen McConnell, his 3 children: Tim, Greg (Angie), and Wendy (Dan) and his 4 cherished grandchildren: Holly, Evan, Renee and Connor. He is also survived by his sister Geraldine McDonald of Kingston, ON. Earl was predeceased by his parents, Bertha and Wilmer as well as brothers Donald and Myrle, and sister Wilma. Left to mourn Earl are his first wife Joyce and his very dear friends in Winnipeg. Earl had a very successful 43 year career at the CIBC as well as a happy retirement of 23 years in Winnipeg and most recently in Abbotsford, BC. Earl was a member of the Niakwa Country Club for many years and served as President. He will be remembered for his sharp wit, his sense of humour, and his love of the game of golf. A private memorial service was held in Abbotsford, BC. A celebration of Earl's life will be held in Winnipeg at a later date.
