Douglas Cornes aged 66 passed away on October 16, 2013. He is sadly missed by his wife Colleen of 45 years; son Jason; daughters Kim Cornes and Tricia Wilson; grandson Mitchell; granddaughters Alyia and Tori and sister Arla Kvaas as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his parents Clifford and Phyllis Cornes and brother Wayne Cornes. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Mission Legion 32627 Logan Avenue on Saturday October 26, 2013 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. Doug's request is to have all friends and family gather to have a beer in his memory. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
