Dorothy "Dot" Hetherington passed away peacefully at ECU, Mission Memorial Hospital on Monday, January 6, 2003 at the age of 84 years. Predeceased by her first husband Denis O'Connor.
Dot will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Denise (Bryon) Schmidt and Dawn (Don) Shap; grandchildren Lorelei (Dave), Mike, Angela (Brad), Jenny, Jeff, Justin, Dani and Jeremy; great grandson Brendan; many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 10, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 32550 7th Ave., Mission, B.C. The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the staff and residents at Bonnie Lee Place, especially Bonnie, Gordon and Linda, the staff at ECU, and special thanks to Cindy.
