PIPPUS, Donovan James

On the night of September 1, 2010, Donovan James Pippus was tragically taken from us at the age of 17. Don was born March, 25, 1993 in Mission, B.C. where he lived until 2004 when he moved with his family to the Okanagan. He was eager to start his grade 12 year at A.L. Fortune Secondary in Enderby and return to work at Schapol Logging. He was excited to graduate and follow in his older brother's footsteps of laying flooring. He planned to marry his high school sweetheart, Christine, and to start a family. Don loved spending time with his close friends and his little sister, Sadie. Donny was loved by all who knew him and he always had a smile on his face. He could brighten anyone’s day by just walking in the room. Don will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his parents Diane and Dave Pippus; his siblings Jeni Biggs of Abbotsford, Rob Biggs of Edmonton, and Dan and Sadie Pippus of Salmon Arm; and his girlfriend of 3 years, Christine VanSolkema; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was also the proud uncle of Mia Biggs and twins Tyla and Calla Jones. A Celebration of Don's Life will be held in Enderby on September, 11, 2010 at A.L. Fortune Secondary School at 2pm. All are welcome to attend. We ask that those attending wear yellow as it was Don's favourite colour. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the A.L. Fortune Metalwork class.

Just remember Donny,

"All our loving we will send to you."
