MUNDY - Donald Bruce. Born February 9, 1929, passed away suddenly into the arms of his Lord on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 in Abbotsford. He is predeceased by his wife Nell. He is survived by his beloved children Lynn (Dwight), Don Jr., Leana (Doug) and by children from marriage Theresa and Heather (Trevor) and by 10 grandchildren and many nephews, nieces and friends. Don spent most of his life farming in the Ridgedale area as well as delivering mail for Canada Post and working for the Abbotsford School Board before his retirement. In his final years he spent many hours volunteering at the Salvation Army and for Habitat for Humanity. Don was a gentle, caring person who accepted everyone. He will be greatly missed by those whose lives he touched. A celebration of life will be held at Sevenoaks Alliance Church (Youth Centre Auditorium) 2575 Gladwin Rd in Abbotsford on Thursday, May 26 at 1:30 pm. Reception to follow.
