Mr. Desmond Edgar Lewis born in South Africa, late of Abbotsford, BC passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the age 87 at Abbotsford Regional Hospital.
He is survived by: daughters Barbara (Victor), Alma (Jan); grandchildren: Gary (Sue), Clinton (Shannon), Helga (Troy), Jan (Patricia), Robert (Anita), Linda (Peter); great-grandchildren: Ashley, Larissa, Colton, Jared, Ryan, Sahara, Lindsay and seven great grandchildren in Holland; great great-grandchildren: Isaiah, Michael, Blair, Elia: and 2 nieces, Lorraine and Kathy.
He was predeceased by his wife Mabel, sisters: Lorraine and Audrey.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2012 from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm at 32933 Tunbridge Avenue, Mission, BC. Tributes and condolences may be left at:
