Dena De Jong, beloved wife of Harold De Jong, was peacefully called home to be with her Lord on Thursday, March 29, 2018. She was 80 years old.
She will be remembered for her genuine interest and care for others, especially children. In addition to her husband, Harold, she leaves behind her three children: Trent (Dani), Dean (Mary) and Janene (Rodney), and ten dearly loved grandchildren.
Dena was grateful for her family and the many friends with whom she developed deep relationships. Her many acts of love and kindness have been a source of encouragement and strength.
A memorial service was held at Living Hope CRC in Abbotsford on April 2, 2018.
