March 4, 1964 - July 2, 2020
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Debora Lynn Tremblay, at the Abbotsford Regional Hospital, on July 02, 2020, at the age of 56.
Debora was born on March 04, 1964 in Abbotsford. She had been fighting a rare type of blood cancer that she had been diagnosed with back in 2009, that not many people knew about, but that didn't stop her from living her life to the fullest. Debora fought very hard and was awaiting a bone marrow transplant when her health took a sudden turn for the worse.
Debora was predeceased by her father Larry Ross, her mother Velma Ross and her brother Dean Ross. She is survived by her loving husband Rick Tremblay, her three children, Amanda Tremblay, Doug Tremblay and Sheena Tremblay; her sister Dianna Ross, her six grandchildren: Corbin Tremblay, Conner Prouse, Paige Prouse, Kirstin Prouse, Cole Prouse and Cohen Prouse, along with many extended family members and friends.
Debora was an inspiration to many. She was a loving wife, Mom, Grandmother, Auntie, cousin and friend. Debora worked as long as she was able to as a Care Aide at the MSA Manor. She loved her job and felt very blessed for the 17 years she was able to be a Care Aide. She loved working with the residents, her co-workers, the management, and loved riding her bike to work everyday with a cheery demeanor and that big smile on her face. Debora had an affinity for the colour purple. Debora also had a great love for the holidays and baking, she made the best whipped short bread.
The holidays will never be the same again without you, but your memories and traditions will live on thorough all of us.
A private family celebration will be held at a later date.
