WIEBE David (Edwin). Long-time resident and businessman of Abbotsford peacefully passed away at home with his family by his side on August 6, 2012.
Born October 15, 1941 in Winkler, Manitoba he moved with his family to Clearbrook in 1952. He married Phyllis Wiebe (Cromartie) on February 1, 1969; they were married 43 years. Dave will be deeply missed by his loving wife Phyllis Wiebe, children: Leah (Rob) Hasselmann, Kevin (Amanda) Wiebe and Allen (Maria) Wiebe, 8 grandchildren: Shane, Brandon, Emily, Olivia, Alexis, Katelyn, Lily and Dylan, siblings: Ben (Elsie) Wiebe, John (Karen) Wiebe, Al and Sophie Schroeder, Ed Enns, Menno (Tracy) Wiebe, and Linda (Don) Fornwald, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by father Philip Wiebe, mother Anna Wiebe, sisters Irma Schroeder and Laura Enns.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 13, 2012 from 6-8:00pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 2:00pm at Central Heights Church, 1661 McCallum Road, Abbotsford.
