Gentle, quiet, funny, and kind
Who loved science fiction & dark beer,
Coca-cola and puns,
And dinners with friends
Who never once missed his children's
Endless games and practices,
Rehearsals and concerts
(And there were A LOT)
Who was amazing with computers
And terrible with DIY
Who worried about his illness
And losing himself
Who moved to Mission in 1974
And passed away on May 5, 2021
Husband to Catherine for fifty-three years
Father of Michael (Sunny) and Meghan
And grandfather to Connor
Whose family is grateful to Christine Morrison Hospice
For treating David with dignity and respect
And desperately sad to have lost their
Lovely, funny, and marvellous man.
