WESTDYK, Daisy, passed into the presence of her Lord on Sunday, June 23, 2013, in her 100th year. Born in Ontario, she worked mainly in Winnipeg and later in Vancouver, as a supervisor with Revenue Canada. Daisy is survived by her sister, Violet (Douglas) Gilmore, her nieces, Elizabeth and Barbara and their families. She was predeceased by her nephew, Stuart MacDicken. Funeral Services to be held at 10:00 am (with viewing from 9:00 until 9:45 am), on Friday, June 28, in the chapel of First Memorial Funeral Services, 27555 31 Ave., in Aldergrove.
Interment to follow at Mountainview Cemetery in Vancouver. At Daisy's request, donations made in her memory, to The Gideons Bible Society would be most appreciated.
