Colleen “Connie” (nee Arrance)
Feb. 23, 1950 – Aug. 21,2006
Passed away peacefully after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Surrounded by her loving family she leaves behind her husband of 38 yrs Doug, children Yvette (Don) and Neil (Heather), siblings Darrell (Kathleen), Marlyn (Patricia), Sherilyn (Brian), Rhonda (Dan), Larry (Sonata), Five grandchildren and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Colleen was predeceased by her father Leonard and mother Yvonne.
Colleen brought love and laughter wherever she went and she will be remembered forever for her loving smile and infectious laugh. Her grandchildren were the love of her life and life was what she was all about.
Thank-you to Dr. Gill, Dr. Constantino, Dr. Gittens, Dr. Kobierski, Dr. Potter, the nurses 6 North Royal Columbian Hospital and MSA Hospital nurses ICU, Telemetry and 2 West.
A very special thank-you to the nurses of the Christine Morrison Hospice for their professionalism and very special care they gave to Colleen and her family.
A Celebration of Colleen’s Life will be held on Thursday August 24, 2006 1:00 p.m. at Henderson’s Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Rd, Abbotsford, B.C.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in Colleen’s memory to The Christine Morrison Hospice, 7324 Hurd St, Mission, B.C. V2V 3H5.
