July 13, 1988 – March 26, 2016

It is with great sadness that the family of Codie Jonathon Simpson announces the passing after a short and sudden Hospital stay, at the young age of 27. Codie was surrounded by the love of his family and friends. He was predeceased by his loving dad Karl Simpson. Survived by his mom Sam (Doug Brevik), his sister Krystal (Matt) MacMillan and his niece Hailey and nephew Connor. He will also be remembered by his care worker Brian Hermann and his many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. A celebration of life will be held at 1pm on April 9th at Sevenoaks Alliance Church, 2575 Gladwin Road, Abbotsford. Reception to follow in the gym. We ask that if you are attending and are able, please wear a Canucks t-shirt/jersey, wrestling t-shirt or a Special Olympic jersey. In lieu of flowers donations made to BC Children’s Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
