Clarence Richard Russell of Abbotsford, BC passed into the presence of his Lord and Savior August 20, 2006 the month of his 87th birthday.
Clarence was born in Ashern, Manitoba in 1919, lived in Winnipeg where he married Natenie and began their family. His adventurous life included farming ,joining the Royal Canadian Air Force, construction and real estate. His passion was his family, married to his “Tenie” for over 64 years. Clarence demonstrated daily how important his family was. His love, faith and sense of humor set an incredible example for his children to follow. He was a devoted father to Janet (Ron), Wayne (Sue) and Valerie. He will also be missed by the grandchildren who revered him, Larissa (Kerry), Bradley, Mikael (Danette), Darrell and Ron and his great grandchildren Jemma, Quinn and Kellan. Clarence is survived and fondly remembered by his Âbrothers Arthur, Walter (Marion) and sisters Irene and Ruth (Ed). He was predeceased by his mother and father and brothers Fred and Hugo.
At Clarence’s request there will be no service and at the families request, no flowers.
