BROERKEN; Clara. June 1, 1924 ~ Jan. 23, 2014. It is with sadness we announce that Clara passed away Thursday of last week at the age of 89. She was a long-time resident of Mt. Lehman who loved to garden. She was predeceased by her husband Frank and daughter Annette (Heinz), is survived by her son Peter (Teresa) and grandchildren Hendrik, Andreas, Mathias and Oliver. The family would like to thank Bevan Village and especially Dr. M. Campbell for their loving care and support. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday Feb. 1, 2014 at 11:00 am at St. James Catholic Church, 2777 Townline Road, Abbotsford, BC.
