MCCORMACK Cheryl Ann. May 26, 1994 - Dec. 22, 2011. Cheryl passed away unexpectedly on December 22, 2011. She will be loved and forever missed by her parents, Shawn and Cathy; sister, Shawna; grandparents, Ian and Merlyn MacAlpine; Aunt Karen and Uncle Lon Fraser, Uncle Doug and Aunt Chrissy MacAlpine, Aunt Patricia McCormack, Aunt Kate McCormack, Aunt Maureen and Uncle Dave Short, and Uncle Dwight McCormack. She is also survived by cousins, Brad Fraser, Keith Fraser, Shannon (Greg) Cavanagh, Leanne (Jason) Swaan, Dan MacAlpine, Tucker Scott, Megan and Aidan Short. She was predeceased by her grandparents Patrick and Gertrude McCormack. Cheryl also leaves many dear friends whom she loved deeply. Cheryl was a grade 12 student at Robert Bateman Secondary where her passion was playing rugby. She switched from synchronized skating to rugby when she was in grade 8. Cheryl was a great team leader and motivator. A caring person, she intended to pursue a nursing career after graduation in June. A Celebration of Cheryl's life will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2012 at 1:00 pm at Northview Community Church, 32040 Downes Road, Abbotsford, BC.
