October 20, 1956 - May 22, 2022
With a lifetime of happy memories but a heavy heart we announce the passing of our loved one on May 22, 2022 at the age of 65.
She was predeceased by her sister Tammy, father Lawrence, nephew Brady.
Survived by her loving and devoted husband of 45 years Dan, son Chad (Nicole), daughter Deanna (Jesse) and grandchildren Cole, Carsen, Cayden, Madi, Kai, Beckett, Bo (soon to be), mother Alvina, brothers Tom and Jim, sisters Val (Randy) and Terr as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Cher was born in Mission, BC and spent most of her life in the Abbotsford/Mission area. She was a devoted wife, mom and doting grandma. She would tell you, "There are no grandkids as good as mine." Her family was her world and she was their rock.
She enjoyed going out for dinner with Dan, going to the casino, camping spending time at the cabin with friends and family and collecting black bear decor.
There is a huge void in our family and life will never be the same without her. She is deeply missed.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
The family would like to thank the Oncology Staff and the Palliative Care team at the Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Center.
