Surrounded by his loving wife and 4 daughters, Charles Arthur Loewen passed away peacefully into the presence of his Lord and Saviour on March 3, 2022.
Charles was born inBassano, Alberta on February 7, 1945 to Peter and Martha Loewen. Growing up a farm kid meant he learned to fix anything and everything. He also developed a love for music, flying, fishing, and hunting. Charles ran multiple construction companies throughout his life and was skilled in many trades.
He is predeceased by his parents and his infant brother, Irvin.
Charles is lovingly remembered by his wife of 55 years, Irene, his 4 daughters and 8 grandchildren: Roberta (Lloyd Neumann, Levi), Denise (Rod Kornelsen, Nate, Caleb), Angela (Joshua Hiebert, Parker, Lincoln, Kaius), Jodi Loewen (Sophie, Dexter).
A viewing will be held on Friday, March 11, 2022 at Woodlawn Funeral Home from 7-8pm. A celebration of life will follow from 8-9pm. This is fragrance free evening.
