It is with sadness in our hearts that we make the announcement that ``Mum'' ``Gran'' ``Gigi'' passed away at Maplewood House on Friday 17th September at 6:15 p.m. Caroline was born in Glasgow, Scotland and came to Canada in 1966 to join Norman & Wilma and family. She lived a life which was and always will be an inspiration to us all.
Caroline was predeceased by her first husband Willie McCabe in June of 1946 and her dear daughter Anne in April 1989 also her second husband Albert Eglen in 1993. She is survived by her loving daughter Wilma and Son-in-law Norman Ellis. Grandsons Steven (Renee), Keith (Dawn Brooks), David (Jodie), Paul (Lucy), Great grandchildren, Cameron, Kayleena, Colton, Talitha, Mitchell, Matthew, Annalu, Gloria, Jade, Mackenzie, Casey and Andrew.
A private service for family only will be held. No flowers by request. Donations in her memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
She loved her friends and family in Scotland. She also loved the Walkin' Club of Sevenoaks and made many good friends there. ``Mum'' - you held my hand for a while and I will hold you in my heart forever, Love Wilma x x
