Carl Jaggard passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2003 at his home on Nicomen Island, Deroche, B.C. at the age of 80 years. Carl was predeceased by his first wife Betty and his older brother Mel.
He is survived and will be lovingly remembered by his second wife Jannetta, his younger brother Rob; children Sharon (Dennis) Clark and Tom (Lynda) Jaggard; step-children Gordon (Yvonne) Leech, Wendy (Tom) Beaton, Paul (Dawn) Leech, Wanda (Walter) Kraakman, Warren Leech and Lloyd (Alita) Handy; 12 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and friends.
Carl was a proud veteran of World War II, a champion bowler and avid golfer with three holes-in-one to his credit.
A service will be held on Friday, January 31, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at Woodlawn Mission Funeral Home 7386 Horne Street, Mission, B.C. with Pastor Dan Rempel officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lung Association or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
