Ball, Bruce Kenneth
Born September 26, 1924 in Melville, Sask. Passed away peacefully with his family at his side, at Cascade Hospice in Chilliwack on Feb. 15, 2010.
Bruce will be sadly missed by his sister Maybelle Pritchard, stepdaughter Norma (Fred) Wardroper, Grandson Gary (Jodi) Wardroper, granddaughter Lori (Dave) Anderson, great-grandson Dylan Anderson and his cat "Alaska."
Bruce was predeceased by his wife, June, in 2000.
Bruce served in the Royal Canadian Airforce during WW II. He also worked as a mechanic for Vancouver Wharfs. Bruce & June loved to travel in their motorhome. He also liked to play his country music and the odd polka.
We would like to thank the staff & volunteers at Cascade Hospice for the care & compassion they gave Bruce over the past few weeks.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, February 23 at Woodlawn Funeral Home at 2310 Clearbrook Rd,, Abbotsford, BC.
