Britta Miller
June 17, 1956 - August 17, 2017
With great sadness we announce the passing of our dear Britta. She passed away at the age of 61 in the presence of
her loving husband, son, and daughter-in-law. Britta was predeceased by her parents Ernst and Aina, her brother Gerry (Judy), her sister Annelie (Mike), and her granddaughter Blake. She is survived by her husband Ron, her son Thomas (Amanda), and her brother Arno (Sandra), as well as countless friends and family that truly adored her. Britta was born in Wensebrock, Germany and immigrated with her family to Canada in 1966. After living for a few years in Edmonton and Kelowna, Britta then moved to the Lower Mainland where she met and married her husband, started a family, and lived there for the remainder of her life. Britta enjoyed cooking, photography, scrapbooking, travelling, and spending time with her loving family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 30 at 10:30 AM at Cascade Community Church, 35190 Delair Road in Abbotsford, BC. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation or the BC SPCA in Britta’s honour. The family would also like to extend sincere gratitude to Dr.
