WATSON; Betty
It is with sorrow we must announce the quiet passing of Betty Watson on September 14th, 2014 at Tabor Home in Abbotsford, at the age of 94. Betty was much loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Her family includes locals Tina and Gerry Jensen, Diane Gilbraith, and Terence Gilbraith; as well as daughters Coral and Pearl in England; plus many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews in BC, Washington, Nevada, Alberta, England, and Australia. Betty was predeceased by Jess, her adoring husband of 34 years in 1989; and by her 7 younger siblings. The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the staff of Tabor Home for their loving care of Betty during the last years of her life. A private family Celebration of Life will be held in Langley. In memoriam donations can be made to the Breast Cancer Foundation, Tabor Home Society or the charity of your choice.
