July 6, 1977 – July 24, 2004
Benjamin Jeffrey Granger was born in Vancouver on July 6, 1977. He spent his childhood in Abbotsford and attended Margaret Stenersen Elementary School as well as Highland Community Church. Ben died on July 24, 2004 just a few weeks after celebrating his 27th birthday with his family here in Abbotsford. He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Esau, his brother Mitch Granger, his two children Caleb and Ella, as well as his wife Carla Granger and his father, Jeff Granger. Ben will always be remembered as a young man who deeply loved his family and friends. He will be remembered for his quick wit and unique sense of humour. Ben was a loyal and faithful friend to those he loved.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 30, 2004, at 2:00 pm at Northview Community Church, 32040 Downes Road, Abbotsford.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations in Ben’s memory may be made to the Union Gospel Mission.
