Behn died peacefully at home but all too soon and suddenly, leaving bereft his many family members and wide circle of long-time friends. A devoted father to his daughter Kennedy, a loving son to Joel and his step-mother Liz, and a beloved big brother to his sister Lauren and step-sister Amanda, in his own gentle and quiet way he was a mainstay for all of them.
Behn had many gifts. He was whip-smart at school, a skilled and enthusiastic athlete enjoying both individual and team sports from his earliest years, a professionally trained chef, and a key long-time employee of Magnus Cedar Products.
He was eminently agreeable and likeable, trusting and empathetic, always ready with cheerfulness and a smile.
Predeceased at the tender age of 12 by his mother Cindy, there is comfort in his reunion with her and his release from the bedevilments of this world. Behn will be long remembered and sorely missed by all who knew him.
A memorial will be announced for August.
