Mann, Bachan Singh late of Abbotsford, B.C. since 1990, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2003 at the age of 81 years.
Bachan will be remembered by his loving family; wife Surjit K., 3 children, Harnek S. (Gurmit), Jaswinder S. (Manjit), and Jasvir K. (Mohinder) Kaler; 13 grandchildren; also great grandchild; brother Mukhtiar S. (Ranjit) Mann of India; sister Nihal K. Sidhu; and nieces and nephews.
Bachan is formerly of Ajitwal, Punjab and was a Veteran of WW11 with the "Freedom Fighters".
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2003 at 10:30 a.m. from the Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford, B.C. Cremation to follow at the Mission Crematorium. Prayers will be held at 2:30 p.m. from the Sikh Temple on Blueridge Drive, Abbotsford, B.C.
