But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
With heavy hearts we announce that August Alphonse Bouwman passed away on Sunday,October 16 at the age of 89.
He is lovingly remembered by Annette, his devoted wife of nearly 62 years, children Joanne (Eric), David (Lise), Patreen (Michael), Gregory (Andrea) and Russell (Catherine), brother Jules (Monique), sister-in-law Adeline, 19 grandchildren, 10.5 great-grandchildren as well as extended family and friends. He is predeceased by his parentsWilliam and Simone Bouwman, his brother Theodore Bouwman, granddaughter Rebecca Anne McKechnie and grandson Gregory Ian Bouwman.
A funeral mass will be held at St Ann's Catholic Church on Friday, October 28 at 11:00 am, reception to follow in the parish hall.
The family wishes to express our gratitude for your kindness, evidenced in thought, word and deed, and to invite you to join us in honouring his life.
